£40 Welcome Terms and Conditions

Important information:

Animal Friends will email eligible policy holders within 9 weeks (63 days) from their policy start date. This email will contain a unique code and instructions on where and how to redeem the £40 multi-retail voucher. 

Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is for one £40 multi-retail voucher when you reinstate your insurance policy with Animal Friends.
2. The promotion is limited to one gift card per customer.
3. To qualify for the offer, you must reinstate your pet’s insurance policy within 28 days of your policy’s end date.
4. To qualify you must have held your reinstated Animal Friends policy for a minimum of one month from your start date, and policy premiums must be up to date.
5. Please allow up to 9 weeks (63 days) after your start date to receive your reward fulfilment email from Animal Friends, this will contain a unique code and a link to the redemption page where you can select your multi-retail voucher.
6. If the reward email containing your voucher code is lost/misplaced or caught in spam filters Animal Friends will not replace the reward email.
7. You can’t benefit from this promotion if:
   o You don’t live in the UK
   o You're under 18 years old 
8. We will respond to any questions or queries about the promotion via info@animalfriends.co.uk.
9. Animal Friends reserves the right to cancel this promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time with reasonable notice.
10. The decision of Animal Friends in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about our decision.
