How can we help?


I’ve not been able to get my pets vaccinations as my vet practice is closed; will your insurance still cover my pet?


If your vets can provide evidence that your pet has previously been routinely vaccinated and the vaccination has been delayed due to Covid-19, then we would look to cover costs incurred as a result of a delayed vaccination.

Please note, the cost of the vaccination is not covered, but costs as a result of the vaccine being delayed, for example if your dog catches Kennel Cough during this time, Cough subject to the terms of your policy. In normal circumstances this would not be covered if the pet is not up to date with their vaccinations.
