This weekend there is a lovely event happening at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire.
Paws for Remembrance is a walk that has been arranged to allow you to walk with your four-legged friend to explore the grounds and remember humans and animals who have lost their lives in combat.
Here at Animal Friends we are huge supporters of Paws for Remembrance and are very much looking forward to participating in this year’s walk. We will have a few of our team joining in, with their own dogs, in remembrance of the fallen. This is a wonderful event, and we’re proud to remember the animals, and the humans, who laid down their lives.
There will be guides en route to tell you about some of the many memorials you can see whilst completing the walk. You can walk as little or as far as you like.
Date: 12 February 2017
