Due to Microsoft settings, some users are having difficulties in logging into their Animal Friends online account.

It looks like you are using a browser which may encounter these problems.

In order to be able to register or log into your account, please try one of the following:

Change your browser settings to allow third-party cookies.

  • If you are using Safari, select Preferences, then Privacy, and then untick the ‘prevent cross-site tracking’ box.
  • If you are using Chrome select Settings, go into Site Settings which is in the privacy and security section, then select cookies and site data. Block third-party cookies needs to be off.
  • If you are using Firefox Click Tools > Options > Click Privacy in the top panel > Select the checkbox labeled ‘Accept cookies from sites. > ‘Select the checkbox labeled ‘Accept third-party cookies. ‘ > Click OK.
  • For all other browsers, please check your privacy settings.
