We have worked really hard to consider the modern needs of our customers as well as the fantastic vets that we work with. Our in-house designed and built Pawtal system has truly revolutionised how claims are dealt with, benefiting our policyholders with less paperwork and ensuring vets are paid the very same day the claim is submitted. The feedback from our policyholders and from the vets we work with has been amazing and making it through to the finals of this award is the real icing on the cake.”
