What’s great about this award is that it’s completely consumer driven, you can’t self-nominate and it’s based upon customer renewal experiences across 1000 different policy holders in our market. It’s all about trustworthiness, pricing, influences, brand perception, buying behaviour, retention, engagement and above all experience both online and offline. The nominations from customers are completed via quarterly independent survey’s and the awards are calculated over a number of months to reward companies that strive for consistency of performance.
