Costco Offer Terms & Conditions
Animal Friends Insurance Services Limited (“Animal Friends”) customers will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them, when participating in this promotion.
- Eligible customers may claim the offer of a Costco voucher, redeemable in Costco Warehouses, after purchasing a new cat or dog Lifetime, Max Benefit, or Time Limited insurance policy from Animal Friends.
- The promotion is limited to one Costco voucher per customer for each new policy purchased.
- The Costco voucher amount varies depending on the type of Costco membership you hold at the time that the voucher is issued. Standard members will receive a £25 Costco voucher, and Executive members will receive a £55 voucher.
- To qualify for the offer:
- you must have purchased your Animal Friends insurance policy through the Animal Friends landing page www.animalfriends.co.uk/costco and enter your Costco membership number in the quote journey before you enter your payment details. If you can't access your Costco membership number when you purchase your policy online, you can phone Animal Friends on 0344 557 0300 within 14 days with details of your membership number, as you may still qualify for the offer.
- your policy must have been active for a minimum of one (1) month from the policy start date (the “Qualifying Period”).
- your policy must have been paid for in full (if paying annually), or at least one premium payment must have been made (if paying monthly).
- you must have not cancelled or requested a cancellation of the eligible cat or dog policy within the Qualifying Period.
- Once you have qualified for the offer, please allow up to 14 days to receive your reward through the post from Costco. The reward will be sent to the address registered with your Costco membership.
- The offer excludes Accident Only policies and Equine policies.
- The offer is not available for Costco online-only members.
- The voucher cannot be redeemed against purchases made online.
- The voucher is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- To be eligible for this promotion you must:
- live in the UK
- be over 18 years of age
- be an active Costco member
- If the voucher is lost/misplaced, neither Costco nor Animal Friends will replace the voucher.
- Animal Friends will take all reasonable measures to identify and decline fraudulent purchases; this includes but is not limited to; matching customer details to public platforms where we have been made aware of the publication of materials attempting to defraud or gamify our promotions.

- Animal Friends reserves the right to cancel this promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time, with reasonable notice.
- Animal Friends is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you in connection with the promotion.
- Animal Friends reserves the right to refuse to award the voucher code to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The decision of Animal Friends, in all matters under its control, is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about our decision.
