Refer a Friend FAQs
The referred friend must hold the Qualifying Policy for 60 days and be up to date on payment of any premiums due. The general rule of thumb is that you must have made at least three successful monthly payments prior to receiving your Refer a Friend voucher.
Check spam, junk, or any other email folder that your provider uses. If you can’t find the redemption email, please email info@animalfriends.co.uk with your full name, address, and details of your query.
Your voucher will expire three months after being sent. If your voucher isn’t used during this three month period, it will become unusable. As per our Terms and Conditions, we cannot resend or reactivate a voucher code after it has expired.
You can refer as many friends as you like.
There are four ways to refer a friend.
- The referrer can share a unique link to the referred friend, which they can use to take up their Animal Friends policy.
- The referred friend can mention the referrer’s name during the sign-up process.
- You can share a link directly through WhatsApp.
- You can use the native sharer option through your smart device.
You must use one of the four options described above to be eligible for the Refer a Friend voucher. If you do not follow one of these four options, you are not eligible for your voucher.
