The VIP Puppy Club is available to AFI policy holders who incepted on or after 16.12.2025 with a dog policy where dog is under 1 year old.
It is open to Individuals aged 18 and over, who reside in the United Kingdom.
The VIP Puppy Club benefits include:
o A free VIP Puppy Bundle sent to you after your 3rd policy month with Animal Friends (VioVet) o Advice content sent via Joii o 50% off a tailored one-to-one online wellbeing class with a Pet Behaviourist (Joii) o A free personalised puppy health report (Joii)
Each registered puppy will receive one free personalised puppy health report. One 50% off wellbeing class is available per customer only. One VIP Puppy Bundle is available per customer only and will be sent after the 3rd policy month, subject to the policy remaining active. There is no cash alternative and the benefit is not transferable. Policy must be active at time of registration and for at least three (3) months following registration in order to receive all the VIP Puppy Club benefits.
Redemption of VIP Puppy Club benefits will be available on standard Joii app or Joii website for Joii Benefits.
AFI email shall be sent to Customers for redemption of puppy hamper on VV website.
Each benefit will be fulfilled by Animal Friends’ affiliate (i.e. Vet-AI Limited trading as Joii and Viovet Limited).
In order to join the VIP Puppy Club, Customers must register on the Joii website will be required. The use of the app and website are covered by Vet-AI Limited Terms of Use https://www.joiipetcare.com/policies/terms-of-service and Privacy Policy https://www.joiipetcare.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Vet-AI Limited will send Animal Friends any data that relates to your pet.

The VIP Puppy Club benefit included in this Terms and conditions relate to a free VIP Puppy Bundle received after your 3rd policy month with Animal Friends.
The VIP Puppy Bundle will only be available to Customers who are eligible to join the Animal Friends VIP Puppy Club.
The VIP Puppy Bundle is limited to one Pet Hamper per customer, even if more than one dog policy is purchased. There is no cash alternative and the benefit is not transferable. Policy must be active at time of registration and for at least three (3) months following registration, in order to receive the VIP Puppy Bundle. The VIP Puppy Bundle may include the following (Viovet reserves the right to replace any of the items below without notifying the Customer):
o Treat Ball o Lick Matt o VioVet dog treats o Poo bag holder

Receipt of the VIP Puppy Bundle will be available to all qualifying AFI Customers who fall under the criteria.
The VIP Puppy Bundle benefit will be fulfilled by Viovet Limited.
