‘A Wildly Different Xmas Tail’ Social Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The giveaway is open only to individuals aged 18 and over.
2. The giveaway is open only to individuals who reside in the United Kingdom.
3. The giveaway is not open to Animal Friends Insurance employees.
4. To enter, individuals must complete all the following between 18:30pm on Wednesday 11th December, and 11:59pm on Sunday 15th December:
• Like the original Instagram giveaway post
• Follow @animalfriendsinsurance on Instagram
• Share any one of our 'A Wildly Different Xmas Tail' posts from the @animalfriendsinsurance Instagram page to their Story.
• @animalfriendsinsurance must be tagged in each Story shared in order for entries to be counted.
5. One randomly selected account on Instagram will receive one £100 e-voucher code to redeem at https://animal-friends.select-your-reward.co.uk
6. Multiple Stories shared per Instagram account will be counted in the giveaway. Individuals may share as many Stories as they wish, with each separate Story being counted as one entry.
7. A verifiable random number process will be used to select the winning entry from the eligible entries.
8. The giveaway is exclusively for Instagram users. We will not accept entries submitted via direct messenger, any other social media platform, email, sent in the mail, or friends tagged anywhere that is not in the comments on the Instagram giveaway post.
9. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
10. Entry to the giveaway is free. We will never ask for your bank details or credit card details as part of any social media giveaway.
11. There is no automatic prize. Entering does not guarantee winning a prize.
12. The giveaway ends at 11.59pm on Sunday 15th December. Any Stories shared after this time will be discounted in the giveaway.
13. The winner will be notified via private DM on Monday 16th December. The winner will then be sent the code to redeem their £100 e-voucher.
14. The personal information you provide to us will be used only to administer your prize and will be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://www.animalfriends.co.uk/privacy-policy/
15. If no acknowledgement has been received by the winner within five working days, the prize will be voided, and another winner will be randomly selected.
16. If you decide to share a video and/or picture in relation to this giveaway, you give Animal Friends permission to use your content across our Marketing material. If at any point you would like to withdraw consent for the use of your video and/or picture, please contact harriet.mcclure@animalfriends.co.uk
17. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
18. We will respond to any questions or queries about the giveaway via email at harriet.mcclure@animalfriends.co.uk
19. Animal Friends reserves the right to cancel this giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.
20. The decision of Animal Friends in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. Animal Friends accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the giveaway. Animal Friends further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person’s computer, relating to - or resulting from - participation in - or downloading any materials in connection with - the giveaway.
22. Animal Friends accepts no responsibility for any delays encountered with the delivery of the e-voucher.
23. If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
25. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
