I’m worried that my claim won’t be submitted in time due to COVID-19. What should I do?


Whilst we typically look to receive claims within 90 days of the treatment dates, we understand COVID-19 is effecting timescales so we’re happy to review any claims submitted over 90 days. We’re unable to give any guarantees of cover, but claims will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
