Animal Friends & Joii Summertime Quiz - Terms & Conditions

Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them, when participating in this free prize draw.

1. The free prize draw is only open to Animal Friends Insurance customers, who have an active Animal Friends Insurance (“Animal Friends”) cat or dog policy and are registered on the Joii Pet Care app on the free prize draw date.
2. The free prize draw is open only to individuals aged 18 and over, who reside in the United Kingdom.
3. This free prize draw excludes Animal Friends Horse and Rider policyholders.
4. This free prize draw is not open to Animal Friends Insurance or Vet-AI employees.
5. Entry to the prize draw is free. Entering does not guarantee winning a prize. For an alternative route to entry, please contact marketing@animalfriends.co.uk. 
6. To enter, Animal Friends dog or cat customers need to participate in the ‘Summertime Quiz’ found in the Joii app, answering all 10 questions between 00:01 22nd August 2024 and 23:59 4th September 2024. Participants do not need to score 10/10.
7. The free prize draw is limited to one entry per active policy held. 
8. Offer ends 23:59 4th September 2024. The prize draw will be completed by 9th September 2024.
9. The winner will be randomly selected by Animal Friends Insurance on 9th September 2024 and will receive a £200 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
10. The winner will be notified by Animal Friends Insurance (marketing@animalfriends.co.uk) via the email the customer used to sign up to the Joii app, with instructions on how to redeem their prize, by 12th September 2024. The personal information the winner  provides to Joii will be used only to administer their prize and will be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://www.animalfriends.co.uk/privacy-policy/. 11. Promoter: Animal Friends Insurance, No.1 The Crescent, Sun Rise Way, Solstice Park, Amesbury, SP4 7QA. Animal Friends accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the participant  or any other person relating to - or resulting from - participation in, or downloading, any materials in connection with this free prize draw. Animal Friends reserves the right to cancel this free prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.
12. The decision of Animal Friends in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Animal Friends accepts no responsibility for any delays encountered with the delivery of the prize. If the prize email containing the Amazon.co.uk gift card details is lost/misplaced or caught in spam filters, Animal Friends will not replace the email.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
