All Policy Booklets are assessed by Fairer Finance to ensure we meet their requirements as far as clear and simple language. All Animal Friends Policy Booklets have been awarded the Clear and Simple Mark. This means that we don’t use jargon, write in long sentences, use overly complicated words or statements, and we structure our communications so that they are easy to follow and understand.
