Costco voucher amount varies depending on the type of Costco membership you hold; standard members will receive a £25 Costco voucher, executive members will receive a £55 voucher.
To qualify for the offer, you must purchase your Animal Friends cat or dog policy through the Animal Friends landing page www.animalfriends.co.uk/costco and enter your Costco membership number in the quote journey before you enter your payment details.
If you can't access your Costco membership number when you purchase your policy online, you can phone Animal Friends on 0344 557 0300 within 14 days with details of your membership number, as you may still qualify for the offer.
To qualify for the offer, you must have held an active Animal Friends policy for thirty days and at least one premium must have been paid.
Please allow up to 14 days after the one-month qualifying period to receive your reward through the post from Costco. The reward will be sent to the address registered with your Costco membership.
If the voucher is lost/misplaced, Costco or Animal Friends will not replace the voucher.
The offer excludes Accident Only policies and Equine policies.
