#DogsInYellow Social Giveaway Terms & Conditions
This giveaway has now closed.
1. The giveaway is only open to individuals aged 18 and over.
2. The giveaway is only open to individuals who reside in the United Kingdom.
3. The giveaway excludes direct employees of Animal Friends Insurance Services Ltd (AFI), associated agents, family members, or anyone professionally connected to the prize promotion.
4. To be entered into the giveaway, entrants must follow the instructions provided via the relevant Animal Friends Insurance Instagram post between 9:00am on 13th March 2024 and 23:59pm on 19th March 2024:
o Entrants must like the #DogsInYellow giveaway Instagram post, follow Animal Friends Insurance on the Instagram platform, and tag a friend in the comments on the #DogsInYellow giveaway Instagram post.
5. One winner will be chosen at random to receive a £100 voucher to be spent at https://myanxiousdog.co.uk/collections.
o The winner will be notified by public reply to their comment on 20th March 2024.
o The personal information you provide to us will only be used to administer your prize and will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted in the giveaway.
o Duplicate entries from the same Instagram account do not increase the chances of winning and will only count as one entry.
7. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
8. The giveaway is exclusively for Instagram users. We will not accept entries via direct messenger, any other social media platform, email, sent in the mail, or posted anywhere that is not in the comments on the relevant Instagram post.
9. Entry to the giveaway is free. We will never ask for your bank details or credit card details as part of any social media giveaway.
10. There is no automatic prize. Entering the giveaway does not guarantee a prize.
11. If you decide to share a video and/or picture in relation to this giveaway, you are giving Animal Friends Insurance permission to use your content across our Marketing material.
o If at any point you would like to withdraw consent for the use of your video and/or picture, please contact marketing@animalfriends.co.uk.
12. A random number generator will be used to select one random winner from the Instagram comments.
13. Animal Friends Insurance accepts no responsibility for any delays encountered with the delivery of the prize.
14. Animal Friends Insurance reserves the right to change the prize voucher, depending on stock availability at that time.
15. Any entries received after the closing date will not be included in the giveaway.
16. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
17. We will respond to any questions or queries about the giveaway via email at marketing@animalfriends.co.uk.
18. Animal Friends Insurance reserves the right to cancel this giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time, upon reasonable notice.
19. The decision of Animal Friends Insurance in all matters under its control is final and binding, so no correspondence will be entered into.
20. Animal Friends Insurance accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the giveaway.
o Animal Friends Insurance further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person’s computer, smartphone, or tablet device relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the giveaway.
21. If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
o The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
23. This giveaway is in no way sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Meta.
