Dogstival 2024 Social Giveaway Terms and Conditions
This giveaway has now ended.
1. The giveaway is open only to individuals aged 18 and over.
2. The giveaway is open only to individuals who reside in the United Kingdom.
3. The giveaway is not open to Animal Friends Insurance or Dogstival employees.
4. To enter, individuals must do all of the following between 9am on Thursday 25th April, and 11:59pm on Wednesday 1st May:
- Like the original Dogstival giveaway Instagram post
- Follow both @animalfriendsinsurance and @dogstival on Instagram
- In the comments, tag one friend you would like to bring to the event
5. One randomly selected winner from the comments will win two Adult Day Tickets to the Dogstival event, plus one free Cat or Dog Pet Hamper worth £35 from pethamper.co.uk
6. The winner must choose if they would like two tickets to attend on Saturday 1st June, OR Sunday 2nd June.
7. The winner will also receive a unique code directly via email from Animal Friends. The code can be redeemed at https://pethamper.co.uk/animal-friends/ to claim the free Pet Hamper.
8. The free Cat or Dog hamper will consist of the below, depending on the hamper chosen:

*The hamper supplier reserves the right to substitute certain products within the hampers for like for like products should these not be available from their suppliers for whatever reason.
9. Only one entry per Instagram account will be counted in the giveaway.
10. A verifiable random number process will be used to select one entry from the eligible comments to win the prizes.
11. The giveaway is exclusively for Instagram users. We will not accept entries submitted via direct messenger, any other social media platform, email, sent in the mail, or friends tagged anywhere that is not in the comments on the Instagram giveaway post.
12. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
13. Entry to the giveaway is free. We will never ask for your bank details or credit card details as part of any social media giveaway.
14. There is no automatic prize. Entering does not guarantee winning a prize.
15. The giveaway ends at 11.59pm on Wednesday 1st May. Any entries received after this time will be discounted in the giveaway.
16. The winner will be notified via a public reply to their comment in which they have tagged their friend, on Thursday 2nd May, with a request to direct message us on Instagram in order to organise their prizes. The personal information you provide to us will be used only to administer your prize and will be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://www.animalfriends.co.uk/privacy-policy/
17. The delivery of the tickets will be administered directly by Dogstival via email. By entering and subsequently winning, the winner consents to Animal Friends passing their name and email address details to Dogstival. The personal information provided to Dogstival will be used only to administer your prize and will be kept in accordance with their Privacy Policy: https://dogstival.co.uk/privacy-policy/
18. If you decide to share a video and/or picture in relation to this giveaway, you give Animal Friends permission to use your content across our Marketing material. If at any point you would like to withdraw consent for the use of your video and/or picture, please contact marketing@animalfriends.co.uk
19. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
20. We will respond to any questions or queries about the giveaway at the event or via email at marketing@animalfriends.co.uk
21. Animal Friends reserves the right to cancel this giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.
22. The decision of Animal Friends in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. Animal Friends accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the giveaway. Animal Friends further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person’s computer, relating to - or resulting from - participation in - or downloading any materials in connection with - the giveaway.
24. Animal Friends accepts no responsibility for any delays encountered with the delivery of the prizes.
25. If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
26. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
27. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
