Online Repeat Prescription £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Customers will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them, when participating in this promotion. 

  • Eligible Animal Friends customers may claim the offer of a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card after completing a Joii Pet Care consultation to discuss online repeat prescribing options for their pet, as set out in these terms and conditions.
  • The promotion is limited to one £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card per eligible Animal Friends dog or cat policy, and a maximum of 100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards may be claimed under this promotion.
  • To qualify for the offer, you must: 
    • be a current policyholder of an Animal Friends dog or cat policy 
    • have received a telephone call with Animal Friends Outbound team notifying you of this promotion and your eligibility to participate
    • have registered your Animal Friends Online Account 
    • have given consent on your Animal Friends Online Account for Animal Friends to share your pet’s medical history with Joii Pet Care
    • have downloaded and registered your details on the Joii Pet Care app
    • book an online consultation with Joii Pet Care to discuss whether Joii can provide a repeat prescription for you to purchase chronic condition medications with an online pet pharmacy for your pet
    • complete the consultation within 7 days of the initial telephone call from the Animal Friends Outbound team.
  • When you complete above steps and have the Joii online repeat prescription consultation within 7 days of your call from Animal Friends Outbound team, you will qualify for this offer, even if a prescription is not issued or purchased.
  • Please allow up to 14 days after your Joii consultation to receive an email with voucher codes to enable you to redeem your £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. The voucher codes will be sent to the email address you have registered on your Animal Friends Insurance policy. The email will contain two £25 voucher codes and a link to the redemption page where you can select your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
  • Amazon.co.uk Gift Card restrictions also apply, please check the terms and conditions at https://www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal for further information. Animal Friends is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you in connection with the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.  
  • If the reward email containing your voucher codes is lost/misplaced, or caught in spam filters, Animal Friends will not replace the reward email.
  • The voucher codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
