£45 Gift Card Offer

Animal Friends Insurance Services Limited (“Animal Friends”) customers will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them, when participating in this promotion.  

  • Eligible customers may claim the offer of a £45 gift card of your choice after purchasing a cat or dog Lifetime, Max Benefit, or Time Limited insurance policy from Animal Friends.   • The promotion is limited to one £45 gift card per customer, even if more than one eligible cat or dog policy is purchased.   
  • This offer is not valid in conjunction with any of our other promotions 

To qualify for the offer: 

  • You must have purchased your Animal Friends insurance policy directly via the Gift Card offer promotional page - www.animalfriends.co.uk/april-offer/, between 1st April 2026 & 30th April 2026 (dates inclusive)
  • If you visit one of the above but do not complete a purchase or save a quote, if you return to our site and complete a purchase starting from a different page you will not qualify for the voucher, the sale must begin from the page listed above
  • If you have saved a quote and return and retrieve the quote you will still qualify for the voucher, so long as you complete the purchase before April 30th, any saved quotes purchased after April 30th will not be eligible for a voucher
  • Your policy must have been active for a minimum of three (3) months from the policy start date (the “Qualifying Period”). 
  • Your policy must have been paid for in full (if paying annually), or at least three premium payments must have been made (if paying monthly)  
  • You must have not cancelled or requested a cancellation of the eligible cat or dog policy within the Qualifying Period.  

 

  • Once you have qualified for the offer, please allow up to 14 days to receive your reward fulfilment email from Animal Friends, this will contain a unique Hawk Select code and a link to the redemption page where you can select your £45 Gift Card. The reward fulfilment email will be sent to the email address you have registered on your Animal Friends Insurance policy.  
  • The reward email with the access link will be valid for 3 months from the date of the email. If the reward email containing the access link to your voucher code is the lost/misplaced, or caught in spam filters, Animal Friends will not replace the reward.

  • The offer excludes Accident Only policies and Equine policies.  
  • The reward code is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.  
  • Animal Friends will take all reasonable measures to identify and decline fraudulent purchases; this includes but is not limited to; matching customer details to public platforms where we have been made aware of the publication of materials attempting to defraud or gamify our promotions.

  • Animal Friends reserves the right to refuse to award the Hawk Select code to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
