  • To qualify for the offer, you must purchase your Animal Friends Cat or Dog policy between 00:00 on 22nd February 2024 and 23:59 on 18th April 2024 via the link animalfriends.co.uk/recipeoffer or via the QR code, both of which can be found on the flyer sent through Hello Fresh or Ocado Life.
  • To be eligible, you must have held an active qualifying Animal Friends policy for at least six weeks, and with one policy premium paid.
  • Please allow up to 14 days after the six-week qualifying period to receive your reward fulfilment email from Animal Friends, this email will contain a unique code and a link to the Pet Hamper redemption page.
  • If the reward email containing your promo code is lost/misplaced or caught in spam filters Animal Friends will not replace the reward email.
