The Treat Tin - Airtag Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. The giveaway is open only to individuals aged 18 and over.
  2. The giveaway is open only to individuals who reside in the United Kingdom.
  3. The giveaway is open only to Animal Friends policyholders.
  4. The giveaway is not open to Animal Friends Insurance employees.
  5. To enter, individuals must provide their email address registered with their policy on the giveaway form that can be accessed via their online account between 9am on Friday 29th November 2024 and 16:59 on Tuesday 31st December 2024.
  6. All winners will be randomly selected and will receive one AirTag worth £35.00 RRP.
  7. Only one entry per person is permitted in the giveaway and multiple entries will be discounted.
  8. The giveaway is intended for Animal Friends policyholders via The Treat Tin on their online account.
  9. For alternative routes of entry please contact marketing@animalfriends.co.uk. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  10. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  11. Entry to the giveaway is free.
  12. There is no automatic prize. Entering does not guarantee winning a prize.
  13. The winners will be notified via the email they used to enter the giveaway by Friday 10th January 2025, with instructions on how to redeem their prize. The personal information you provide to us will be used only to administer your prize and will be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://www.animalfriends.co.uk/privacy-policy/
  14. Winners should allow up to 14 days after the draw to receive their reward fulfilment email from Animal Friends, this will contain a unique code and a link to the voucher redemption page where they can provide details for delivery. 
  15. The winners will have until Monday 6th April 2025 to redeem their prize. If the voucher code hasn’t been redeemed by this date, the code will no longer be valid.
  16. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
  17. Animal Friends will respond to any questions or queries about the giveaway at the event or via email at marketing@animalfriends.co.uk.
  18. Animal Friends reserves the right to cancel this giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.
  19. The decision of Animal Friends in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. Animal Friends accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or
    disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the giveaway. Animal Friends further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer, relating to - or resulting from - participation in - or downloading any materials in connection with - the giveaway.
  21. Animal Friends accepts no responsibility for any delays encountered with the delivery of the prize.
  22. If the reward email containing a voucher code is lost/misplaced or caught in spam filters Animal Friends will not replace the reward email.
  23. If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
  24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
