What you wish you knew Survey Giveaway Terms & Conditions

This giveaway is now closed.

The Giveaway excludes direct employees of Animal Friends Insurance Services Ltd (AFI), associated agents, family members or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
The Giveaway is open only to individuals aged 18 and over who reside in the United Kingdom.
The Giveaway is open only to AFI customers, excluding those mentioned above.
To be entered into the Giveaway, entrants must complete the survey found in the email. Once all mandatory questions have been selected and submit button clicked, the survey will be considered complete.
Five winners will receive a £20 reward voucher sent to the email address that we have on file for the customer.
Animal Friends Insurance reserves the right to substitute products where necessary due to stock availability.
Queries regarding Giveaway prizes will be answered by the provider of the prizes, AFI.
While there is no requirement to opt-in to receive marketing emails, your email must be obtained for notification purposes to inform if you are a winner. If you wish to opt-in to receive marketing emails, you may do so by emailing info@animalfriends.co.uk, or by calling 0344 557 0300. You may opt-out at any point by clicking ‘Change your preferences’ at the bottom of any marketing email received by us, by emailing info@animalfriends.co.uk, or by calling us on 0344 557 0300. Alternatively, you can change your marketing preferences online via My Account.
Only one entry per customer is permitted in the Giveaway. Duplicate entries from the same customer do not increase the chances of winning and will count as one entry only.
All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
There is no automatic prize. Completing the survey does not guarantee a prize.
The Giveaway runs until 27th December 2022. Any entries received after the closing date will not be included in the Giveaway.
The winner will be notified by 5th January 2023 via a reply to their email address registered with their policy. If you have not heard from us by 6th January 2023 unfortunately, you are not a winner on this occasion.
By entering and subsequently winning the Giveaway, the prize winner acknowledges that the prize could take up to 31 working days to arrive, more if there are economic or pandemic restrictions out of our control.
We keep your identifiable information private and manage it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
We will respond to any questions or queries about the Giveaway via email at marketing@animalfriends.co.uk.
Animal Friends Insurance reserves the right to cancel this Giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.
The decision of Animal Friends Insurance in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Animal Friends Insurance accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the Giveaway. Animal Friends Insurance further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Giveaway.
If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
