Things to do in Liverpool with your dog this Christmas

If you live in the Northwest and you’re looking for some festive things to do with your dog in the run-up to Christmas, then we’ve got you covered.
Take your dog to visit Santa
That’s right, you can take your pooch to see the big man in red. We’ve teamed up with Radio City to bring a doggy grotto to Merseyside, so your pooches don’t have to miss out on the festive fun.
Every dog that visits Santa Paws gets to take home a photo with Santa and a stocking filled with doggy treats. If this sounds like something your canine friend will love, then just register your interest here.
Take part in the Santa Dash
While your dog won’t be able to run alongside you, you’ll be able to raise money for a charity that will help cats and dogs in need. There’s not long left to enter the 5k Fun Run, so sign up for the Santa Dash before you miss out.
Go and see the Liverpool ONE tree
Why not head out on a city walk and see the famous 30-metre tree? It makes the perfect backdrop for a festive photo with your dog to off to your friends and family this Christmas.
Watch the Merseyside derby
You don’t need to leave the house for this one and it can be enjoyed whether you’re a red or a blue. Get cosy (or as cosy as you can with match-day nerves) with your pooch and get some game drinks and snacks for the two of you to enjoy.
Walk around the Christmas market
If you’re looking for Christmas gifts, festive treats or just want a change in scenery, why not take your pooch for a walk around the Christmas market?
